The offer on this website is aimed exclusively at customers with a delivery address in worldwide. A customer is any natural or legal person who continues to have a business relationship with Monika Skorcikova web: Timeflower.

Prices

All prices are ex warehouse in Swiss francs. Shipping costs are based on the usual rates of Swiss Post or other Swiss parcel delivery organizations.

Conclusion of contract

By placing an order via this website, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

Timeflower then sends an automatic "order confirmation" by e-mail, which confirms receipt of the customer's order by Timeflower.

Excluded from this are personal or telephone orders.

Delivery is subject to the availability of the goods.

The contract for the services is valid from the date and until the date of use of the intellectual property.

Payment options and retention of title

The customer can choose from the following payment options: Purchase on account, TWINT, BTC payment. Timeflower reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options without giving reasons or to insist on payment in advance.

The payment period for purchase on account is 14 days from the invoice date.

Timeflower may charge a maximum reminder fee of CHF 20 per reminder if the customer is in default of payment.

In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be forwarded directly to the debt enforcement office in Ilanz (Surselva).

The products delivered to the customer remain the property of Timeflower until full payment has been made.

Further provisions

Timeflower expressly reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions.
