Timeflower will then send an automatic "order confirmation" by e-mail, confirming that we have received the customer's order. Orders are accepted and delivered within 3 calendar days. Delivery is made by post or carrier to the address specified by the customer in the order and usually takes up to 7 working days. Invoices are sent by e-mail or post. If one or more items are not available, the customer will be informed immediately.

The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects in writing by e-mail to info@timeflower.ch or by letter to www.timeflower.ch/kontakt.
